Very welcoming business. I honestly didn't think I'd ever find an employer that genuinely puts it's people first. Pay is fair, and there are realistic opportunities for progression.
Cons
RS has a lot of departments all working closely together, and they can be difficult to navigate. It can take a few tries to find the right person you need to talk to.
