Moving blocked vehicles, locating keys, cleaning equipment goes missing daily, everyone is a valeter including sales and admin staff, lies will be told at the interview stage. What the manager will discuss and what goes on at the business is 2 different things which will become aparrent to any new starters. Staff gossip far too much accross all departments. Equipment is terrible, same mits and cloths are used on 100's of vehicles without being changed for clean ones. Job title is wrong it should be "car wash staff" not valeter

not any in my time of being there. some nice people working there, none in Senior positions

old school way of running a business, not with the current times. misogynist mindset throughout SLT, clique-based and favouritism, promotions handed out based on personal relationships and favoritism. Below average salary, high turnover of staff. little to no room for career development, SLT/Managers couldn't care less about staff. Line managers in dealerships all have an arrogant attitude and think they OWN the dealership rather than manage it.
