I know that reviews without cons can be hard to take super serious but from where I am and what I can see there is not much in the way of cons. If I had to say something though I could go with the remote aspect of the job but that also is a massive perk at time as well. They pay is decent, the working conditions are good, the ability to advance to there, and the people from top to bottom are great to chat with and work alongside with.

Flexible schedule and unlimited PTO. Great team - They manage to acquire some of the best, dedicated people that any business would hope for. Low number of accounts to manage compared to other agencies.

Executives expectations are high, demanding, and intentionally unclear. Owners oscillate between being completely disengaged and way too in the weeds of individual accounts. Jon has personal friendships with clients and often puts those relationships as priority over employees well being. Owners left parent company (CAMG) without much heads up and employees + clients were forced to be a part of the legal battle/fallout. Lastly, there is very little room for career advancement.
