Great Social events are organised every month and covered by the company. There is a good sense of camaraderie amongst team members. There is Flexi time, so you can start any time between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. and finish between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Good WFH opportunities. Senior management is easy to talk to and approachable. Ability to work up to 37.5 hours Monday to Thursday before a bank holiday Monday to take Fridays off before a long weekend. Interesting projects that provide unique challenges. One of the first companies to take Climate change seriously was one of the first companies in Ireland to become PAS2080 certified.
Cons
Teams are a bit disconnected from each other and siloed. There is a bit too much work to spread amongst team members. Serious seating issue in the office, fewer desks than employees. Pay is just below the mean.
