Inconsistent Policies and Favoritism shown throughout entire office. Senior Management in never in office and only certain employees are allowed to work from home at their leisure. If the only people in your office every day are the ones who earn the smallest paychecks, that’s a sign of poor leadership and this occurs daily at RPG/HUB. No team atmosphere, it's an all individual win at all cost. Employees are sold on the fact they can work from home and then micromanaged 8 plus hours a day once hired.
