High quality work and high quality people make for very rewarding work. Because they are growing, there is a lot of opportunity for upward mobility.
Cons
Everyone has to be good at everything. I think because PIE is small, everyone works really hard, but it is also because everyone thinks their work is important and it's a vocation and calling as much as a job.
