Pros
- Everyone here is very open minded, liberal, and not uptight. It's not like any other firm I have worked at in that way - I work independently without someone looking over my shoulder. I am treated with respect and as long as I take care of my clients' needs in a timely manner, I am trusted to get my work done. - There are knowledgeable colleagues in the office I can go to for advice. I have had the greatest mentor of my professional career here at ROR. - Time/years of service necessary to being eligible to be a partner is much shorter than other firms I have been at in the past.
Cons
- Tax season is grueling.. Since my bonus is tied to my performance, I don't mind working extra hard to make extra money and since we are in Minnesota, it makes the worst months of the year go by really fast!
