      Access to incredibly specialized equipment, meeting other industry professionals, awesome coworkers, and an engaging work environment

      Cons

      low pay, no benifits, corner cutting in all the wrong places, incompetent middle management, nepotism, no hr, very little room for promotion, oh yeah and sexual harassment! Free from the director of the company himself
