Pros

At ROMI i've had chance to work on some really exciting and diverse projects, far more so than I did client side. One of the major benefits of working for a small agency is the flexible remote working, giving me control over my work life balance. Everyones really nice too and the free iPhone and Mac don't harm either.

Cons

Sometimes the job is fast paced, but that's not always a bad thing!

Pros

The value placed on teamwork and colleagues supporting each other is one of my biggest pros for working at ROMI. I work purely remotely, so it was important for me to feel a connection to the team despite that! We get to work on diverse and interesting projects both independently and as a team, which makes work fun, plus days go by super fast. I feel like I've gained so many new skills working at ROMI since we do such a variety of work, which is a huge plus for me. I like the fact that everyone is given the opportunity to work on all sides of a project, so no one is pigeonholed into just one role.

Cons

Sometimes working for an agency can be stressful because of the demands of many clients and the fast pace of projects, but since everyone is so supportive and helpful it's usually more of a rewarding challenge than anything.

Pros

For me, the culture really makes it - everyone is incredibly supportive and we have fun, yet also get the work done. No-one is afraid to get their hands dirty and get stuck in to something if you need help or there's a looming deadline. It's fast paced and perhaps not for the faint-hearted, but the people really make it. Every day there's something new, with a diverse range of clients and projects to get involved with. The flexibility works particularly well for my lifestyle, as I can fit other commitments around work to suit me. I'm a little further away from HQ than other members of the team so I visit the office less than others, but I don't feel any less connected to the team.

Cons

As with most agencies, it can be mentally demanding at times due to the pace of work, although it comes in peaks and troughs dependent on deadlines.
