Remote Work, The PM of my project was so professional.

Cons

The CEO sells the idea that the main thing is people but that is a huge lie, besides they did not keep ther word regarding the payment. They use the people and their knowledge.

3 weeks vacation Argentina holidays paid Christmas "bonus" (one salary divided in 2 annually) Payment in USD

Cons

The manager/leadership area leaves EVERYTHING to be desired, they do not consider the human resource, they like to make you feel less and that you owe them something just because they pay in USD. You have no privacy, because they will call you on your cell phone at will no matter what happened. "Team building" does not exist in their dictionary.
