      Roiti management and especially the service management is bios, not giving room for development on personal level, micromanaging it's employees and incorrect while setting their expectations

      Excellent company culture, friendly colleagues, no barrier between employees and company founders

      ETRM team is not suitable for juniors or people desiring growth and advancing as software developers. If one can bear the above it might be financially rewarding
