Pros
People there really care about the work they are doing. The work IS important and DOES make a difference! Positive environment, people get along here more than most places of employment. Lively office culture. Doesn't take itself too seriously, yet maintains high level of professionalism where it counts - especially to it's clients.
Cons
Building management does not keep up with all the work they should. Parking options can be scant. If you are an upwardly-mobile type, you may be disappointed with the higher than average 'static' nature of the company's positions.
