Pros

International company - worldwide. Makes the work more international and varied. Listed on the stock exchange

Cons

Too much internal "politics" - on several levels and locations. The same internal network within the heavy manager positions all over, and backing each other up no matter what. Could with benefit update their top managers in both age and values. And give room for new updated managers to take over. This aspect can slow needed development in a demanding world of change.
