      Pros

      Excellent management, work life balance is fantastic. The product is the best on the market for the industry which makes things a lot easier as a salesperson. Regular company outings/events. The management really seem to care about their employees. Good bonus scheme, everything really.

      Cons

      Bring separate sales teams together as more of a unit to encourage cohesion and joint approach to winning business.
