Great co-workers, and patient population 60 minute evals, 30 minute follow ups

Small setting, no private rooms for evals

Management and the model generally are set up for patient care, tools provided for good care

Management model can feel preferential to some over others with little rhyme or reason While volume isn't too high, expectation is to stay on the high end and to push patient care to strained limits sometimes Compensation was lower than other locations and not consistently assessed appropriately, benefits (at the time) were quite low
