Pros
Decent pay, OK schedules, newer buildings
Cons
The regional managers are a joke. None of them have actually worked at the site level for at least 20 years and it shows. They provide no training or direction, but are quick to criticize and micromanage. The training department sends emails, that's it. No training, just emails. The corporate IT and Accounting Departments are horrible. IT belittles and insults people on a daily basis, and it's the whole department that does it. Honestly, I don't know why they think they can talk to people the way they do. Accounting is always late with deadlines and then you get blamed for not having your work done. The regional managers have no idea what the day-in-day-out job entails. They expect you to provide superior customer service with dozens are reports do each week and they always think you are over-staffed. There is no room for advancement at all. The regional managers aren't going anywhere and when they do they do not promote anyone they just get another reject from habitat. There are managers that have been with the company for 10 years and are still managers. They have a dumb uniform policy where everybody wears the same color on each day and you have to wear a skirt. The regionals stroll in wearing jeans. They also have a bonus program that they talk up, but then make it so you don't actually get the bonus.
