Bad work-life balance. Severely bad pay scale which might reduce motivation and performance. Management is getting better but still has a long way to go. The organization makes freshers to sign bonds which not really the best suit for a reputed company that really cares about the employees, which i mostly think this is a failsafe to prevent the freshers from abandoning or quitting the organization due to the low pay. Depending on the team, the work pressures may vary but certain teams are tightly packed with sprint tasks making it difficult to focus on personal tasks and even mentally drain employees. The organization should really start a mentorship program which could help the employees get better at what they do. Also what I noticed off late is that the management has become quite the miser by cutting costs on essential refreshments and employee well-being and even events like the annual day.
