Engineer - Engineering RL Controls Employee Review

- Family business, - Weird vibe surrounding this company, no fun at all. - Outdated technology (old computers) - There is an an going feud between upper level employees ( managers, engineering) versus lower level (warehouse) - HR useless, don't expect it to do anything for you - Management style (family business) - You're hired to do 3 to 4 jobs at a time - Base pay is low comparing to competition - It won't matter how hard you work, you will be always reminded that you work for the man. - I won't recommend it to my vicious enemies.
