Pros
For the most part, the organization treats its employees fairly. Hours tend to be stable, and the pay is better than most similar employers in the area.
Cons
It is a private club, so the members tend to think they know how to do your job better than you do. While management is quick to support its employees in the case of conflict, there is some pressure to interpret local ordinances loosely. It is also one of the few environments that allows smoking, so there are negative health aspects to employment here.
