Pros
The showroom was nice and they put a Christmas tree up in December - Not so much pro's but couldn't think of many positives about working here.
Cons
You are overworked, you are underpaid. They management have no management skills and just shout when something doesn't go their way. 'Managers' are giving their roles through by friends with the owner and other high up managers. HR are not trained well so can't handle conflicts well at all. The teams are very clicky so it's very much a culture of if your face fits.
