Terrible - Broker RJO Futures Employee Review

Very nice sized brokerage firm, RJO is small enough to make a difference and big enough to do it right.

FCM is a very competitive and mature industry ripe for disruption. RJO has to prepare for the future and this will require major change for everyone.

Not a whole lot. Fun atmosphere.

Unless you have an established book of business, do not work here. Their payout structure is stuck in the 1980's and so are the commission rates. Not to mention, their whole system is set up for new brokers to fail. No money at all spent on marketing or leads. Once you leave, they'll just give whatever clients you brought in to the lazy brokers who aren't even there half the time. Seriously, stay away from this place.
