Pros

Open to exploring new ways to architect systems.

Cons

Company was entirely run by HR department that does not understand tech operations and developer. Seemed like most of the company expenditure was going to business and HR department salaried positions that provided little to no value while tech operations held up the company revenue working hard to develop and provide solutions for the customers with little to no reward for the heavy lifting.
