Pros

Other than a few select people you get along with, I can't find any pros...

Cons

Pretty much everything, from management to the fact there's no career progression. The global restructure which seems to be blamed on COVID-19 was a joke and poorly handled.

As we navigate a period of unprecedented change, and the ongoing financial impact of COVID-19, we have had to reshape our organisation, adopting a digital first model, to ensure RICS’ long-term financial stability and ability to support RICS professionals. Regrettably, as a result, we have made a number of redundancies which we have communicated openly and transparently. However, we believe our new matrixed structure will ultimately offer greater prospects for career progression and skills development, as well as benefitting the profession. Flexible Remote work Non problematic Colleagues and managers were kind and helpful

Cons

UK team would take their time to respond to our regional team delaying our time management and projects Not very easy to grow in the company

Pros

Exposure to high level professionals in the property profession, annual professional development course, and good benefits package.

Cons

The local office leadership is lacking in a way that is detrimental to the success of the organization. There's a lack of direction, death by meetings - which usually ends with no further action being taken, the Managing Director's ego is inflated and he has yet to deliver on annual membership acquisition goals, male-centric US office environment, blatant bias, and a lack of transparency. Management is secretive and shady. Outdated software and poor technical support.
