Pros
In terms of employee benefits, very minimal - decent holiday allowance and that's about it. Some nice people. New building with canteen.
Cons
Zero progression, salary reviews non existent, they pay 500 DAILY for some contractors (some probably more), yet won't give peremnant staff a decent salary. Some managers incompentent for the role they're managing. No clear career growth or development, concerns are heard but nothing is ever done about them.
