The founders of this company would be saddened by the dark cloud that looms over this company today. The values that they put into place so many years ago and built on are gone. Workers are underpaid and under acknowledged for their hard work and dedication. Management has a reputation for getting rid of senior level employees and replacing them with millennials for lower pay to cut cost. In addition, yearly reviews do not occur in a timely fashion. Therefore, pay raises are rare.
