Rewards hard work - VP Operations RESI Housing Employee Review

I have been working with Resi since the summer of 2016, with a few pauses and I absolutely love it. Corporate housing, is a fast paced, constantly changing sector especially in the Silicon Valley market. Being successful here, requires out of the box thought processes and problem solving - as well as a solid commitment to doing whatever it takes. My immediate supervisor is a rock star. Judi works harder than anyone I know, and I have learned so much from working with her these last few years. Our CEO is an innovative, forward thinker. And he is also a really nice guy!

The only con I could think of is that we are such a small company, there's not a lot of room for advancement. We are a young company, still in the start up phase so that could change in time .

The first review is 100% accurate. A typical employee lasts about 3-6 months before some reason is made up by the CEO to let them go. A small handful of employees lasted a little over a year. So if you need money for bills and unemployment won't cover it, do not come here! The CEO is overall a nice guy, but disorganized when it comes to the business and blames everyone but himself on why things aren't progressing the way they should. It is also very typical to be hired for one job, but to have to take on way more than initially described including working on the CEOs other businesses.
