There’s not much to say unfortunately.

My experience being in the accounting department was poor. I never felt so uncomfortable in a work environment before. If you want to learn and grow, please find another employer. This place does not want to or doesn’t have the time to do that. Don’t ask questions or it’s a problem. If you read the rest of the reviews they are similar to mine. The good reviews are from the employees that work there, because they were asked to write nice reviews since there were so many bad ones. You aren’t going to find anyone that has your back. You will be thrown under the bus, especially from your manager. I never worked with anyone like that before. I guess that’s just how Renu does business. It’s working for them I guess. If you are an employee you want to be surrounded by good leadership. There isn’t much leadership, at least where I was. They do three month increment reviews and your manager reviews you and you review your manager. For one, I’m not going to criticize my manager. This is not the company to do that. I had plenty of criticism, but I kept my mouth shut. By doing that is probably why I stayed as long as I did. One person that used to work there, used to leave crying everyday. You wouldn’t know obviously, but that’s what it feels like working there. Work there if you dare. Are there nice people within the company? Of course. But if you were strictly trying to further your career in accounting this is not the company you want to work for.
