      There frankly is nothing good about this job

      They are completely unorganized. They act like this is the best company in the world and is growing exponentially, but then fire half their staff the next day. This company is absolutely going to dissolve. DO NOT WORK HERE

      - Extremely kind and great people to work with - Constant room to grow and develop - Encounter challenging hurdles in the business which opens up the chance to create and develop roles/processes - Ambitious leaders who constantly challenge you - The chance to learn about an industry from passionate people

      - Long hours and high expectations, this job isn't for everyone, but it's definitely worth the thrill - Fast paced and always changing direction - need to be able to be adaptable to whatever is thrown at you next
