Pros
Exposure to various induatries, products, applications. If you are a DIY type of person you find ways to overcome stumbling blocks typical of a global huge company. If you put in your best you are respected. I met amazing people in this comoany, i love my coworkers they are real friends to me and i feel they care. There is always someone/something that you can complain about but the good people largely overweigh the few negative ones. If you ask me, i love this company
Cons
Slow moving in strategic decisions, too burocratic. Should be more 'hands on' 'faster responding'. We have amazing solutions in europe, bring them over to the US
