Mostly friendly environment; Most jobs pay fairly for the expected workload; Benefits are competitive with most of the other places in surrounding areas
Cons
As with any other company you may find yourself working for, Rehau is no different as far as having room for improvement in various areas. If you are a hard worker and reliable, it seems to be more difficult at times to advance yourself as the supervisors/ managers seem to have a way to hold people back to suit their own needs in the departments they are responsible for.
