Pros
There are a lot of really nice people and folks with great experience at REEF. You would never be bored and you'd always feel like you're being challenged and learning a new skill. Very diverse company as well.
Cons
The company is going through some hard times. Leadership lost control of growth and there was lack of focus on what could really be profitable for the company. Also, forget promotion and equity promises.
