I get a lot of flexibility and thats really valuable to me. I get to work on really cool projects that helps keep me happy and motivated. I truly believe leadership wants me to achieve my full potential. Benefits are pretty great for my needs.

In recent months, some of the culture-building initiatives have been cut, likely to reduce costs. These activities were valuable for employee morale, and I think the company would benefit from reinvesting in them.
