Pros

Some of the staff was really fun and uplifting to be around.

Cons

Honestly, there are so many cons that I could write for hours. Mainly, the problem with REDNews is its “CEO” Ginger. She is a cancer to her own company. She is probably one of the most narcissistic, sociopathic people I have personally ever met. Instead of looking for the positive in people, she seeks the negative. She micromanages everything that you do. She is not willing to pay you a decent wage but requires 110% of your attention and time. She also digs into your personal life, making comments about your family, spouse, partner, living situation, health, etc... These are things that should be left alone and are none of her business. To put it frankly, it’s just not a good place to be, unless, you are severely desperate and nearing homelessness. When I left (on my own free will), I promised myself that I would never allow myself to work for someone like Ginger ever again. I promise, if you look elsewhere, you will find much better than this.
