      at first working here was fun and all, they have many events

      Cons

      At some point, they hire the wrong person and treat remote workers differently, so I chose to leave the company.

      Pros

      You have unlimited time off, which you don't get to use. Management posts team photos on Linkedin regularly to show what a happy family they are!

      Cons

      The work environment here is toxic. Junior staff are verbally abused to the point of tears and the turnover rate is insane. There is little to no support. Management overpromises and lies to clients about their capabilities.
