      Pros

      Nice to set own hours and the fulfilment from students passing their driving test. Easy to manage diary,

      Cons

      Not that loyal to longer members of staff. Charge ridiculous fees for finding students. No Holiday Pay No Sick Pay. Charge silly prices for full franchise. Just money makers. Training was good at the time.

      Pros

      Nothing at all, you are just a number and they will try to do you for ‘breach of contract’ whenever they can. Tried to get 8k out of me.

      Cons

      No help, you are on your own from day one.
