Pros
Through the time I have been at RED, I have seen some ups and downs and survived them along with the company, and we have both come out stronger. I have been treated very well and have gained, some great experience, new skills and learnt how to manage people and situations throughout helping me progress within the company, so for that and the aim for my personal goals I am thankful for. The people at RED that I work alongside and the management I work for, have given me the respect I have wanted within a company, and I really couldn't be happier to be working for the management that I have now. I hope that I can continue to gain experience and progress within the company, moving upwards and on to better things.
Cons
The company has run through some changes through the time I have been working for them, and through that time there was some uncertainty and insecurity about my employment, but this was all worked out slowly. Personally, I don't ever want to feel that insecurity again in any kind of employment, as it did affect my work during that period and some of my personal life. I feel that if the company discussed things openly with each member of staff, and each chain of the business worldwide the outcome and understanding would be better for all parties.
