Pros
Interesting projects, teamwork, fair salary and baseline benefits, all you can drink coffee+, monthly birthday and appreciation gatherings, established firm with a rich history, seems like there is room for professional growth, networking/learning events encouraged, company car fleet (so you don't have to use your personal car), schedule somewhat flexible
Cons
No mobile phone subsidy, office space is funky (moving in spring so this should improve), health benefits for families are not reasonably priced, and parking is tricky (might improve with move). RECON does not issue laptops to employees (unlike all other consulting firms that I know of) they only have desk PC towers so working from home is difficult and I consider that to be the opposite of work life balance/flexibility.
