      - tecnologie - ottimo rapporto tra colleghi - ottimo dialogo tra PM e operativi - catering 2 volte a settimana - progetti sfidanti - opportunità di crescita per junior - ambiente multiculturale - equilibrio vita/lavoro ok, ma dipende dal settore in cui sei attivo e dall'anzianità in azienda

      - stipendi bassi - smart working negato a neo assunti - no piani di carriera - organigramma non chiaro - no buoni pasto - comunicazione assente con la dirigenza - i principi con cui vengono concessi gli aumenti non sono chiari

      Pros

      big enough company for stability some great project managers hr actually cares socially conscious the partners/C-suite actually care and have talks with employees they give bonuses on good quarters sometimes great supply of work tools very accepting and relatively less white than competitors

      Cons

      the pay is below average no programmed bonuses no performance incentives still too white
