      Pros

      The schedule was pretty flexible. The mileage was reimbursed at a decent rate. If you can travel farther there is more oppurtunity for assignments.

      Cons

      Not enough assignments within 50 miles of home. Assignments spread out. Minimal field support. Pay moves to per item after training so jobs end up skewed if there are customers around or delays. No benefits.

      Flexibility, and there are a variety of jobs. Great team to work with.

      Cons

      Work is repetitive and some jobs have tight collection periods.

      Flexibility and ease of scheduling. No office, no coworkers. No dress code.

      Difficult to know who to ask what question. You’re really on your own.
