      Pros

      Everyone is nice, but the management is ridiculous. Good luck getting out there after your training. They don't care at all no matter how much they say they do.

      Cons

      Everything. 9.5 hour days, which doesn't seem like much until you're stuck in a cubicle and you have no idea what you're doing.

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.
