They have a very strong immigration team that really helped me when my old employer screwed me up. My H1-B was revoked and they helped me out by putting me in a project within a week and also filing for my H1_b. They pay on time and also help out in every way they can.

1. Lack of In house projects. 2. No 401k offered

Be careful with this company, they will promise for placement after training, and charge you for the training way more than any other online ones. And their training is pathetic, and do not fall for training and pay in advance. The trainer never comes on time and very irregular, they are doing training business by promising that they place the people. My strong advice is, do not pay any fee in advance and be careful with this company.
