Few colleagues who you get to know, but because they’re better at putting themselves first they just find something better to waste their time in than working there. Having no friends is an actual pro there, because everyone is up to others business and gossip flows like no tomorrow.
Cons
Toxic environment which favours people who have no integrity, no kindness, no honour, no honesty, no balls to admit when they’re wrong. People are babysat by managers who act like the judge and the jury. If you are looking to lose your self worth this is a place for you.
