Lots of politics, bad management - Anonymous employee RCI Employee Review

Overworked, underpaid, constant reorganization and firing of staff that actually knows what they're doing. Last year they fired a knowledgeable department leader after hiring a bunch of newbies for the team and till now, none of them can do good work because there was no one to train them properly. Management acts like they care but nothing is done no matter how many times you consult with them and how they always seem like they empathize and understand your concerns. If you play the politics game well you get promoted, if you keep your head down and work hard you get shat on with more work.
