RCG has always been a place filled with opportunity for career growth. I have had the pleasure of being part of that growth, not only has my team grown but the company itself by a lot. Management and executives reward and recognize inviduals who work hard, but have always had an open door policy to answer any questions. A lot of earning potential with bonuses, completive salary , great benefits packages with 401k options, always hiring, offer referral programs, all staff in all departments are always a pleasure to work with!

Vending machine from time to time would eat my dollar, but since then the vending machine has been fixed! Appreciate RCG for having these on site for all employees snacks & drinks!
