      -Communication and support from the main office to the field was great. -Compensation was outstanding with yearly raises and bonuses

      -Long work days (but if you're a Super you already know the game) -The current economy had greatly affected and slowed their business

      pay, friendly coworkers, lots of work

      Cons

      long hours, zero help, team is laughable. PMs that are 12 years old that will put the blame of everything on you to CTA. expect to work on holidays.
