      Pros

      Family-like atmosphere, high level of collaboration among staff. Each business is run like an entrepreneurial endeavour with little "interference" from Corporate HQ in Germany.

      Cons

      Seem to have more IT challenges that similar sized companies I have worked with previously.

      Pros

      Great work environment where managers support their team members and teams from across the group are generally helpful and supportive of one another. Good salary and benefits and perfect work-life balance.

      Cons

      Politics among managers impedes progress sometimes, slow to adapt in some areas and it takes a lot of work to pull some aspects of the company's efforts up to current standards. Not a lot of growth opportunities.
