7hThanks for taking the time to share your experience – especially after more than 10 years with the RAC. That kind of commitment really matters, and we’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations recently.
It’s good to see there are some positives around pay, holidays and the van, but it’s clear from your comments that your experience with management hasn’t been where it should be. That’s not something we take lightly. As you’re a current employee, we’d really encourage you to speak with our People Services team if you’d feel more comfortable to do so rather than line management. The more we understand about what’s not working, the better placed we are to support you and make improvements.
