Pros

Zero, nilch, nada - Used to have free lunch- they cut that out too!

Cons

The CEO is clue less. Goes from one management fad to another. A leader who, by his smugness, reduces the talents of all his management. Always the smartest guy in the room. Recently fired the whole management team who got him recognition and unprecedented sales growth. The new management team is fostering a culture of decline. Don't be fooled by the good reviews - They are coerced by HR.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. Your passion is clear, and we don’t want you to leave the company. There’s no question our CEO is open to trying new things. Our biggest periods of growth have been created by a willingness to experiment, a part of our DNA that extends to our employees doing great work. But when something doesn’t work after being given time to prove itself, the best business decision is to end it. As you may have heard in the recent town hall, we have just ended a few programs that were not producing the results we had hoped. We’re happy to hear you say that RAB has been a great place to work. One thing you’ll never see is RAB failing to look for new ways to do things and new markets to enter within our industry. Sometimes we’ll fail, but we’ve got to evolve to be as successful as we want to be, and we’re looking forward to you and your teammates seeing that progress.

Pros

As I complete 9 years at RAB Lighting, I can genuinely say the journey has been incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. Like any long-term experience, there have been ups and downs, but the overall trajectory — both for the company and for me personally — has been one of steady growth. RAB truly cares about its people. From promoting a strong work-life balance to offering competitive benefits, the company ensures its employees feel supported and valued. One of the things I’ve appreciated most is how quickly RAB starts to feel like family — warm, welcoming, and collaborative. The culture here is built on openness and mutual respect. There’s always space for honest conversation, and your voice is not just heard but genuinely valued. The collective effort that everyone puts in is inspiring — not out of obligation, but because people care deeply about the work and the company, and that feeling is mutual. I'm proud to be part of a place that invests in its people, believes in growth, and maintains a healthy, respectful work environment. Here’s to many more milestones ahead!

Cons

There are some areas that the management needs to focus on. The company is growing at a very fast pace. Existing systems and processes may struggle to keep up with increased demand, leading to bottlenecks, delays, and work quality issues. While these are some of the challenges that most fast growing businesses would face, things can't be ignored. I hope we can all work together to find a right balance & hopefully we can come up with better solution.
