R4 is a great place to work. It’s a fast pace environment offering new experiences every day. The employees are honest and trust worthy. They work hard and take pride in their work. The owner, project managers and office manager always make time to answer our questions. As well as make time to handle any issues we may have. Especially if it involves our customers. Customer are our priority and they have direct access to their project managers. Our crew work's well together and makes sure we're all on the same page. From the moment a new job comes in until the job is completed the team is aware of what is going on. The owner is insightful and makes sure we are equipped and competent to handle our jobs and any situation that may arise. Making our work environment a most pleasant one. I would recommend working here.

The Con, I would say is finding more experienced workers who understand this is a growing companying.

It's a pleasure to work with others who take their responsibilities seriously and have a genuine concern for each other and the clients. Yes, you can even hear the occasional bounce of a mini-basketball being tossed in the hoop around the office. It's nice to have an idea or opinion that is really taken into consideration. As everyone already knows, it really is a beautiful thing to look forward to going to work; and that's what it's like for me at R4.

Cons? Business is growing and keeping up with the pace can be a challenge at times. We've outgrown our office and warehouse area and getting into a new place soon will be nice!
