Being lied to by management about things that are important to you. (Schedule; Benefits; Potential Growth Opportunities) No work-life balance whatsoever. Below Average pay- They claim they are competitive but are not. Cleanliness if not a priority, even with a new facility the women's bathroom is nasty and always has a stench. Microwaves are disgusting. No stability. Management thrives on intimidation and fear. No training except the basic log in/out of systems. New college graduates who have never worked in the industry and don't know how to prioritize their own work let alone yours. Unpleasant Leadership In order to make it here you need to be an expert in "brown nosing"
